Are latex balloons included with the Glas shells?

No. The Glas shells are clear outer shells, and the color comes from latex balloons placed inside them. Latex balloons are sourced separately so you can match your exact event palette.

What is a Glas shell?

Glas shells are clear, double-layered balloon shells that go on the outside of a latex balloon. They commonly are referred to as; Bobos. The clear shell creates the signature glossy, dimensional Post Worthy look, while the latex balloon inside provides the color. They come in 18in and 36in sizes.

What is the difference between a decal Single, Pack of 5, and Pack of 10?

The pack size is how many decal sets you receive. A Single covers one bouquet's worth of balloons, while the Pack of 5 and Pack of 10 are for artists producing multiple bouquets or larger installations, at a bulk discount.

How do I apply the decals?

Decals are premium adhesive vinyl. Peel and apply to an inflated Glas shell, smoothing from the center outward to avoid bubbles. Each product page includes specific application notes.

What is the difference between gold flake and gold leaf?

Our gold flake is a fine metallic finish added inside the Glas shells to catch the light and add dimension. A little goes a long way, a light dusting creates the signature glow without overpowering the design.

Shipping

Why do decals take longer to ship?

Decals are printed on demand specifically for your order. This requires an additional 3 to 5 business days to produce before shipping. All other items (Glas, gold flake, ribbon) ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders containing both ship together once the decals are produced.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Will I be charged customs or duties when my international order arrives?

No. For international orders, all duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay is the full landed cost, with no surprise fees on delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at hello@postworthysupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate and send a replacement or refund.
