Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Decals and any Signature Set containing decals are printed on demand and require an additional 3 to 5 business days to produce before they ship. Orders containing both decals and other items ship together once the decals are produced. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS with calculated rates shown at checkout. Delivery speed depends on the service selected and your destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express with calculated rates shown at checkout. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
Duties and import taxes
For international orders, all duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the total landed cost. You will not be charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within the expected processing window, contact us at hello@postworthysupply.com.
Lost or delayed shipments
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we will help you trace a lost or delayed package. Contact us at hello@postworthysupply.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
