Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales at Post Worthy Supply are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including product details, quantities, colors, and pack sizes.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind everything we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@postworthysupply.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right with a replacement or refund. Please do not discard the item or its packaging until the issue is resolved.

Made-to-order items

Decals, and any Signature Set containing decals, are printed on demand specifically for your order. They cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances except damage or defect as described above.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU consumer law. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Approved returns should be sent to:

Return shipping for EU cooling-off cancellations is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds (where applicable)

Where a refund is approved (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or an EU cooling-off return), we will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item or reviewed your claim. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@postworthysupply.com.
